  My husband and I visited your store in Havant today 24/3/18 as he wanted advise on scratched lends on his glasses, the lady who served us was very rude and abrupt, also caught her talking to her colleague about us to which she was smirking, I think its absolutely disgusting. I was going to go back into the shop and have a word, I should of done! We have spent alot of money in your shop but now we will be going elsewhere.Not putting up with being treated in this way, she obviously has no idea about Customer Service!!
